da 888casino: West Ham’s owners seem to finally be getting their act together. There has been a concerted effort from the likes of David Sullivan, his sons, David Gold and Karen Brady to keep quiet this summer after last year’s window which saw them spouting off about rumours whenever the opportunity arrived.
da bet7: Furthermore they seem to be getting their business right as well. A year a go they were closing in on 13 signings, the majority of which would turn out to be of no use to Slaven Bilic in a tumultuous maiden season at London Stadium.
This time around the east Londoners are taking things slowly. First of all was the canny addition of two-time Premier League champion Pablo Zabaleta on a free transfer after his contract had run out at Manchester City. Following on from the right-back’s arrival the club this week confirmed the addition of a former teammate of Zabaleta’s in England international Joe Hart on a season-long loan deal from The Etihad.
When all seemed to be going well, Mr. Sullivan seems to have put his foot in it.
The club published an article in which the former Birmingham City chief, who worked with Hart at St. Andrews, waxed lyrical about their new signing calling him the ‘best goalkeeper’ he’d ever worked with.
It seems as if such praise from within the club did not go down too well with one of the men the shot-stopper has been brought in to replace, Spaniard Adrian.
The 30-year-old took exception to Sullivan’s comments and took to Twitter immediately to have a stab back…
And it seems that despite some shaky performances last summer the glovesman is still popular amongst the Hammers support, with many of them backing him against Sullivan…
