da fezbet: Tottenham Hotspur surrendered a 2-0 lead to lose 3-2 against London rivals West Ham United in the fourth round of the EFL Cup at Wembley on Wednesday night, and Spurs fans weren’t impressed with Georges-Kevin Nkoudou’s contribution from the substitutes’ bench.
da dobrowin: Mauricio Pochettino’s men looked to be comfortable after goals from Moussa Sissoko and Dele Alli gave them a half-time lead, but a brace from Andre Ayew and a header from Angelo Ogbonna after the break left them chasing the game.
Nkoudou replace Son Heung-Min in the 83rd minute in what was only his fourth appearance of the season, but he failed to make an impact and embarrassingly had to chase a ball that went out of play following a poor first touch.
Tottenham supporters were quick to have their say on his cameo via social media, and while some simply said he was “useless”, others said he “should never play again”.
